Xenis Mark Twain Description
Mark Twain is a wonderful character piece from the artists at Marlene Xenis studios in Canada.
Xenis has been designing and making wood carved character pieces for the past 15 years. The main themes have been characters from Grimms fairy tales and characters representing some of the other great classics.
Recently Xenis has begun adding historical icons to their repertoire, Mark Twain being one of the first. He is 26 inches tall and fully articulated with 13 moveable ball and spring joints. He features a hand-painted head, hands and shoes carved from Western maple and his body is made from basswood. As a bonus, he will include an antique reproduction desk, chair, ink pot and quill.
