Return Policy/Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
All online orders are processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your account information to prevent unauthorized access. You may rest assured that your personal information is protected at all times.
Orders may be placed in one of the following ways:
Online: Simply click on the "add to cart" button next to the product desired. Our shopping cart is a real-time online cart, which means your order will be processed electronically, and your credit card automatically charged, at the time your order is placed. This is the most efficient way to order. If your card is declined, you will know about it immediately. If you do not want your credit card charged immediately, then you should specify that payment will be by telephone. You can then call us toll free, give us your credit card information, and tell us when you would like your card charged.
Email: If you wish to specify something unusual about your order that cannot be accommodated by our shopping cart software, please feel free to email your order to email@example.com. For your convenience, you can easily email us by clicking on the Contact Us button at the bottom of each page.
Toll-Free Telephone: You may order by calling Toni's Collectibles toll free at 1-877-879-6220. If we are not available to take your call, it is recommended that you leave a voice mail message with both your telephone number and your email address. It is our policy to respond to all such calls within 24 hours. International customers calling from outside the USA may call us at 1-925-798-2700.
All orders are processed as soon as your place your order. All orders placed online will receive a computer-generated email confirming the order (minus any sensitive information, such as a credit card number). Order confirmation will be sent to the email address indicated on the order. Please check all information on the order, including email and shipping addresses, before clicking to submit the order in the shopping cart.
Orders placed by email, fax, or telephone will also receive an email confirming details of the order, provided that you have given us your email address.
Out of Stock Items
Our website indicates whether an item is In Stock, Back-Ordered (temporarily sold out, but expected back in stock soon), or Pre-Ordered (a new release the manufacturer has not yet begun shipping, but which we have ordered and expect to have in stock soon). If we have an anticipated delivery date, we will so indicate, but often we don't know when a pre-ordered product will arrive and even if we have an anticipated delivery date, manufacturers are not always able to ship by that date. We are not responsible for manufacture delays in shipping products to us. Please note that we don't refund preorder deposits unless an item is canceled by the manufacture. We are more than happy to offer a store credit with no cancellation fee. Please note that pre orders have a large effect on the quatity that we order for stock thus we can't refund money on them.
Our new shopping cart is designed to track inventory, so the stock status reports should be accurate. However, inaccuracies may occasionally occur: (1) phone orders must be entered into the shopping cart manually, so there may be a short lag time; and (2) to activate the inventory tracking feature, we must first enter the actual inventory of each item, a task which will be completed as soon as possible after launch of the new site.
Generally, our website lists all the products we have for sale. However, a few products offered by the manufacturers we represent may not be included among the products we hold in inventory and display on the website. In such cases, you are invited to place a Special Order, and we will order the product for you from the manufacturer.
All items shipped are insured and tracked.
When an item ordered under a Special Order or Pre-Order has been received by us, your credit card will be charged for any remaining balance, and the item will be shipped immediately, unless a layaway option has been selected. If you are paying by any other means, the remaining balance must be received within 14 days from the date of our email informing you that the product is available. If payment is not received within that time, the deposit will be forfeited.
Orders may be paid for in the following ways:
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Debit cards are also accepted.
All online credit card orders are processed immediately. Because we have a real-time online shopping cart, you will know if your credit card is declined when you place your order. In that case, please use another card or select a different method of payment.
PayPal: If you wish to use PayPal, our PayPal identification is firstname.lastname@example.org. You can pay from your PayPal account whether the funds coming from your PayPal account are based on a direct transfer or credit card.
Money Order and Personal Check: Money orders and personal checks should be made payable to Toni's Collectibles and mailed to the following address:

Items purchased by money order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the money order, assuming the item is in stock. Items purchased by personal check will not be shipped, however, until the check has cleared our bank, which typically takes ten days.
If the buyer elects to pay by money order or personal check, we request that the buyer confirm, either by email or telephone, within 48 hours of ordering that the check or money order will actually be sent. We cannot pull any items from inventory and set them aside until such confirmation has been received. In addition, we cannot continue to hold orders unless the check or money order has been received within seven days.
Electronic check (eCheck): Online eChecks enable the buyer to pay by check online without having to write a check and mail it to us. However, it is still necessary for us to delay shipping until the check has cleared. In our experience, we must wait at least 10 days for an eCheck to clear. If you require immediate shipment, please do not pay by eCheck.
US Currency Only: While we are pleased to accept international orders, all international orders must be paid for in US dollars.
No COD Shipments: We do not ship COD.
Layaway Plans Displayed under Payment Options: We offer a variety of layaway plans, depending on the price of the individual product. These layaway options are displayed when you click on Payment Options. The more expensive the product, the longer the layaway can be, if you so desire.
Layaways Based on Total Order Value: We also offer layaway plans based on the total value of an individual order--e.g., if you order 6 items priced at $40 each, an order totalling $240, you can do a layaway based on $240, but this layaway must be set up with us via telephone or email.
Customized Layaway Plan: If you wish to propose a customized layaway plan--e.g., pay $200 the first month, $100 the second month, $150 the third month, we invite you to do so.
No Free Shipping on Layaways: In the case of layaway orders, there is no free shipping. We charge the actual shipping cost, which will be added to the final layaway payment.
Minimum Layaway $80: We do not offer layaway on purchases that total less than $80.
Monthly Payments Required: In order to maintain a layaway, monthly payments are required. If you pay with a credit card, debit card, or eCheck, we will automatically charge the agreed amount every 30 days. If you pay with PayPal, we ask then you send payments to email@example.com each month until paid off. It is your responsibility to send payments as we can't automatically charge Paypal payments like a credit card. If you pay with a check or money order, it is your responsibility to send the required payment each month.
If a payment is more than 30 days late, we reserve the right to cancel the order, the first payment will be forfeited, and any remaining funds will be made available to the buyer as a store credit. There are no refunds under any circumstances. Please note we are here to work with you. If you think you will be more than 30 days late with a payment, we ask that you contact us so we can work something out.
No Price Adjustments: The price of any item ordered under a layaway plan will be the price on the date the item was ordered, even if the price of the item is subsequently increased or reduced.
There is no sales tax in the State of Montana. Therefore, we are not required to charge sales tax on any orders at all.
Shipping Charges and Policies
Free Shipping on Orders of $125 or More: Except as noted below, we are pleased to offer free shipping on orders totalling $125 or more that are shipped at one time to a single address in the continental United States. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless the buyer requests expedited shipment by 3rd Day, 2nd Day, Next Day Air, or Express Mail. In that case, the buyer will be charged the actual shipping cost. This free shipping offer does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destination. The free shipping offer also does not apply to layaway orders, which will be charged the actual shipping cost.
$10 Flat Rate on Orders Below $125: All orders totalling less than $125 shipped at one time to a single address in the continental United States will be charged a flat rate of $10 per shipment. These orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or by US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless the buyer requests expedited shipment by 3rd Day, 2nd Day, Next Day Air, or Express Mail. If the buyer requests expedited shipping, the buyer will be charged the addtional cost. Unless the buyer has asked for expedited shipping, all orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If the actual cost of shipments to those two states exceeds the $10 flat rate, then the buyer will be charged the actual cost.
International Shipments at Actual Cost: All international orders, regardless of value, will be shipped at their actual cost, which will be billed to the buyer. Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by the importing country are the responsibility of the buyer.
We use the US Postal Service (USPS) for all international shipments. Our default shipping method is Priority Mail International insured, which takes 6 to 10 business days to most international destinations. If a buyer requests faster shipping, we ship Express Mail InternationalThe USPS presently offersonly two types of international shipping service: Express Mail International (EMI), which takes 3-5 business days; and Priority Mail International (PMI), which is less expensive than EMI and takes 6-10 business days. In the case of EMI, $100 insurance coverage is automatically provided; PMI provides a lower amount of automatic insurance, depending on the weight and value of the shipment. For a nominal additional charge, full insurance coverage is available, and we strongly recommend full insurance coverage.
Incorrect Addresses: If we are given an incorrect address and a shipment is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible to pay the cost to re-ship the item. If the item is delivered and we are charged an additional fee by Fedex to correct the address, that fee will be billed to the buyer.
Prompt Shipment: It is our policy to ship all orders of In Stock items within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment, unless it is indicated that shipment of a specific item will be delayed. If an order cannot be shipped within seven (7) business days from the time payment was received, we will endeavor to notify the buyer and advise as to the anticipated shipment date.
14 Day Money Back Return Policy/Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Toni's Collectibles offers a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, which consists of the following:
Return of Wrongly Shipped or Defective Items: If an item was shipped by us in error, the customer is entitled to return it for a full refund. We inspect all items before they leave our store to ensure that the item is in mint condition. We must be notified of an incorrect, damaged, or defective shipment within three (3) business days of the date of delivery.
Before any defective items are returned to us, a damage claim must be filed with UPS, so they can inspect the item prior to its return. Please be sure to report any damage or breakage to the carrier and to us without delay. You must retain all packaging materials for the carrier's inspection.
Return of Non-Defective Items: Items that are not defective or wrongly shipped may be returned subject to the following conditions:
(i) If you are unhappy with your selection, call or email us within 14 days of receiving the order to request a return authorization.
(ii) You will receive Money back or exchange, minus what it cost us to ship the item to you. In other words, the shipping costs incurred by us will not be included in the credit.
(iii) Shipping costs for the return of any item that is not defective or wrongly shipped must be paid by the buyer.
(iv) The item being returned must be in "like new" condition, with all original packaging intact. It can be returned via any carrier of choice. Please make sure you insure the item to protect yourself.
(v) When an order is placed as a Special Order, it means the item is one we do not carry in inventory. Therefore, Special Orders are not returnable under any circumstances, except if they are defective (and not replaceable or repairable) or wrongly shipped.
(vi) Layaway orders that have been shipped to the customer are not returnable, except if they are defective (and not replaceable or repairable) or wrongly shipped.
