Steiff,
founded over 100 years ago in Germany,
is the worlds oldest plush company. They were Steiff
bears that President Theodore Roosevelt placed on each table
at his daughters wedding reception, thus giving rise
to the name teddy bear. The Steiff line features

wild animals, and studio animals.

Effanbee
Doll Company produces two of the
oldest and best-loved collectible doll lines: Kewpie
dolls, first made in the 1950s, and Patsy
dolls, which originated in the 1920s. Besides the traditional
"kewpie in romper" shown at left, there are many
delightful versions of the kewpies, with themes from different
fairy tales or different parts of the world.

Souls dolls are the product of a
very special company that is committed to enhancing values
of respect, tolerance, and diversity in their workplace. The
Little Souls dolls reflect a whimsical nature and a humanity
