All
online orders are processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
technology, which encrypts your account information to prevent
unauthorized access. You may rest assured that your personal
information is protected at all times.
Order
Placement
Orders
may be placed in one of the following ways:
Online:
Simply click on the "add to shopping cart" button
next to the product desired.
Our shopping cart is a real-time online cart, which means
your order will be processed electronically, and your credit
card automatically charged, at the time your order is placed.
This is the most efficient way to order. If you do not want
your credit card charged immediately, then you should specify
that payment will be by telephone. You can then call us toll
free, give us your credit card information, and tell us when
you would like your card charged.

If you wish to specify something unusual about your order
that cannot be accommodated by our shopping cart software,
please feel free to email your order to info@toniscollectibles.com.
For your convenience, you can easily email us by clicking
on the Ask Toni button at the top of each page.

Toll-Free
Telephone: You may order by calling Toni's
Collectibles toll free at 1-877-879-6220. If we are not available
to take your call, it is recommended that you leave a voice
mail message with both your telephone number and your email
address. It is our policy to respond to all such calls within
24 hours.
Order
Confirmation
All
orders placed online will receive a computer-generated email
confirming the order (minus any sensitive information, such
as a credit card number). Order confirmation will be sent
to the email address indicated on the order. Please check
all information on the order, including email and shipping
addresses, before clicking to submit the order in the shopping
cart.
Orders
placed by email, fax, or telephone will also receive an email
confirming details of the order, provided that you have given
us your email address.
Out
of Stock Items
It
is our policy to indicate on the website when an item is out
of stock. We will say whether the item is "Back-Ordered"
(temporarily sold out, but expected back in stock soon), "Pre-Ordered"
(a new release the manufacturer has not yet begun shipping,
expected to be in stock, date usually uncertain), "Special
Order" (not a stock item but possibly obtainable either
from the manufacturer or on the secondary market), or "Sold
Out" (no longer reorderable from the manufacturer). A
Sold Out item may, in some cases, be orderable as a Special
Order, if we think we can probably find the item on the secondary
market.
Since we are selling in our physical store, as well as online,
sometimes an item shown as "In Stock" may sell out
before we can so indicate on the website. If we expect a long
delay in receiving our re-order of the item, we will advise
you as to when you may expect delivery. If the item is sold
out and cannot be re-ordered from the manufacturer, you will
be given the option to select another item or receive a refund.
In some cases, we may be able to find the item for you on
the secondary market, in which case we may accept the order
as a Special Order, and the price will depend on what we have
to pay for the item.

All items shipped are insured and tracked.
Special
Orders, Pre-Orders, and Cancellation Fees
All
orders are processed immediately. If a regular order, back-order,
or pre-order is cancelled, there will be a 20% cancellation
fee, and a store credit will be issued for any remaining funds
paid. In the case of Special Orders, cancellations are not
permitted, and the deposit will be forfeited if full payment
is not received within the stipulated time frame.
If
we know the price of a Special Order item and have indicated
that price on the website, it may be ordered online. If there
is no price listed on the website for the item, you can place
a Special Order by email, telephone, or fax. Tell us what
you would like to order, and as soon as we know if we can
obtain the item, we will notify you of the price and anticipated
delivery date. If you then decide to go ahead, we will process
the order and a minimum 50% deposit will be required at that
time. In the case of Special Orders, you will need to give
us your credit card information by telephone or fax (we do
not recommend emailing this information). If you are paying
by money order or personal check, the order will not be placed
with the supplier until funds have been received and any checks
have cleared.
When
an item ordered under a Special Order or Pre-Order has been
received by us, your credit card will be charged for any remaining
balance, and the item will be shipped immediately. If you
are paying by any other means, the remaining balance must
be paid with 14 days from the date of our email informing
you that the product is available. If payment is not received
within that time, the deposit will be forfeited.

Orders

Cards:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover/Novus,
and Diner's Club cards.
All
online credit card orders are processed immediately. Because
we have a real-time online shopping cart, you will know if
your credit card is declined when you place your order. In
that case, please use another card or select a different method
of payment.
PayPal:
If you wish to use PayPal,
our PayPal identification is trwbb@aol.com. You can pay from
your PayPal account whether the funds coming from your PayPal
account are based on a direct transfer or credit card. When
placing an order using PayPal, please be sure your PayPal
transaction has been completed before exiting.
Money
Order and Personal Check: Money
orders and personal checks should be made payable to Toni's
Collectibles and mailed to the following address:

Items
purchased by money order will be shipped within 24 hours of
receipt of the money order, assuming the item is in stock.
Items purchased by personal check will not be shipped, however,
until the check has cleared our bank.
If
the buyer elects to pay by money order or personal check,
we cannot hold orders for more than five (5) business days
waiting for payment to be received.
eCheck.Net
Online Checks: Online checks
enable the buyer to pay by check online without having to
write a check and mail it to us. However, it is still necessary
for us to delay shipping until the check has cleared. In our
experience, we must wait at least 10 days for an eCheck to
clear. If you require immediate shipment, please do not pay
by eCheck.
US
Currency Only: While we are
pleased to accept international orders, all international
orders must be paid for in US dollars.
No
COD Shipments: We do not ship
COD.
Layaway
Plans
Toni's
Collectibles is pleased to offer two layaway plans:
60-Day Plan: For items
ordered at the same time totalling between $100 and $499,
we offer a 60-day layaway plan. Payments must be scheduled
as follows: 1/3 paid at the time of ordering, 1/3 due 30 days
after the order date, and the final 1/3 due 60 days after
the order date.
90-Day
Plan: For
items ordered at one time totalling $500 or more, we offer
a 90-day layaway plan. Payments must be scheduled as follows:
1/4 paid at the time of ordering, 1/4 due 30 days after the
order date, 1/4 due 60 days after the order date, and the
final 1/4 due 90 days after the order date.
Minimum
Layaway $100: We
do not offer layaway on purchases that total less than $100.
Cancellation
Charges: If
a layaway order is cancelled, the first payment will be treated
as a restocking fee and will be forfeited. Any remaining funds
paid will be given back to the buyer as a store credit. There
are no refunds under any circumstances.
Late
Payment Charges: If
a scheduled payment is more than 5 days late, a $5 late charge
will be assessed. If a payment is more than 30 days late,
the order will be cancelled, the first payment (restocking
fee) will be forfeited immediately, and any remaining funds
paid will be given back to the buyer as a store credit.
No
Price Adjustments: The price
of any item ordered under a layaway plan will be the price
on the date the item was ordered, even if the price of the
item is subsequently increased or reduced.
No
Layaways Accepted in December: We
do not accept any new layaway orders between December 1 and
December 31 of each year.
How
To Place a Layaway Order: To
place a layaway order, click on the layaway option at the
checkout page, and our shopping cart will charge you the appropriate
amount for your deposit. If you wish to place the order by
telephone or email using a credit card, it will be necessary
for you to call us toll-free at 1-877-879-6220 with your credit
card information or to fax this information to us at (925)
253-0400.
Sales
Tax
There
will be no sales tax charged on any order shipped outside
the State of California. If we are shipping to a California
address, we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping
Charges and Policies
Free
Shipping on Orders of $100 or More: We
are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders totalling
$100 or more that are shipped at one time to a single address
in the continental United States. All orders will be shipped
via UPS Ground and insured, unless the buyer requests expedited
shipment by 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air. In that case,
the buyer will be charged the actual shipping cost. We may
occasionally use USPS Priority Mail for smaller shipments.
This free shipping offer does not apply to shipments to Alaska,
Hawaii, or any international destination.
$10
Flat Rate on Orders Below $100: All
orders totalling less than $100 shipped at one time to a single
address in the continental United States will be charged a
flat rate of $10 per shipment. These orders will be shipped
via UPS Ground and insured, unless the buyer requests expedited
shipment by 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air. If the buyer
requests expedited shipping, the buyer will pay the additional
cost. We occasionally ship USPS Priority Mail for smaller
shipments. Unless the buyer has asked for expedited shipping,
all orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority
Mail. If the actual cost of shipments to those two states
exceeds the $10 flat rate, then the buyer will be charged
the actual cost.
International
Shipments at Actual Cost: All
international orders, regardless of value, will be shipped
at their actual cost, which will be billed to the buyer. The
method of shipment may be specified by the buyer. Any customs
duties, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by the importing
country are the responsibility of the buyer.
We use the US Postal Service (USPS) for all international
shipments. Since May 14, 2007, the USPS has offered only two types of international shipping service: Express Mail International (EMI), which takes 3-5 business days; and Priority Mail International (PMI), which is less expensive than EMI
and takes 6-10 business days. In the case of EMI, $100 insurance coverage is automatically provided; PMI provides a lower amount of automatic insurance, depending on the weight and value of the shipment. For a nominal additional charge, full insurance coverage is available, and we strongly recommend full insurance coverage.
No
PO Boxes: We generally do not
ship to PO boxes, because UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. If the buyer strongly prefers that we ship to a PO box, we will do so, using the US Postal Service's Priority Mail. If the cost of shipping to a PO box via Priority Mail is greater than the cost of UPS ground, then the buyer will be charged the difference in cost.
Incorrect
Addresses: If we are given
an incorrect address and a shipment is returned to us, the
buyer will be responsible to pay the cost to re-ship the item.
If the item is delivered and we are charged an additional
fee by Fedex to correct the address, that fee will be billed
to the buyer.
Prompt
Shipment: It is our policy
to ship all orders of In Stock items within 24-48 hours of
receipt of payment, unless it is indicated that shipment of
a specific item will be delayed. If an order cannot be shipped
within seven (7) business days from the time payment was received,
we will endeavor to notify the buyer and advise as to the
anticipated shipment date.
Return
Policy
No
Refunds: All
sales are final, and there are absolutely no cash refunds,
except under one of the following two circumstances: (1) we
are unable to ship the item ordered; or (2) the item shipped
is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced by us.
Return
of Wrongly Shipped or Defective Items:
Due to the collectible nature of these items, we cannot guarantee
that returns will be accepted, unless the item was (i) shipped
by us in error, or (ii) found to be defective or damaged,
in which case it may be returned for repair or replacement.
We inspect all items before they leave our store to ensure
that the item is in mint condition. We must be notified of
an incorrect, damaged, or defective shipment within three
(3) business days of the date of delivery. For any incorrect
or defective item shipped by UPS, we will arrange for UPS
to pick up the item and ship it back to us. We will pay the
shipping costs for the return of a wrongly shipped or defective
item and re-shipment of the replacement item. In all such
cases, we will determine the method of shipping.
Before any defective items are returned to us, a damage claim
must be filed with UPS, so they can inspect the item prior
to its return. Please be sure to report any damage or breakage
to the carrier and to us without delay. You must retain all
packaging materials for the carrier's inspection.
Return
of Non-Defective Items: Items
that are not defective or wrongly shipped may be returned,
at the sole discretion of Toni's Collectibles, subject to
the following conditions:
(i)
The item must be in "like new" condition, with
all original packaging intact.
(ii)
A 25% restocking fee will be charged. The remainder of the
payment for the returned item will be returned to the buyer
in the form of a store credit. We do not refund money.
(iii)
Shipping costs for the return of any item that is not defective
or wrongly shipped are to be paid by the buyer.
(iv)
Request for the return of a product that was not defective
or wrongly shipped must be received by us within three (3)
business days of the item's delivery.
(v)
When an order is placed as a Special Order, it means the
item is one we do not carry in inventory. Therefore, Special
Orders are not returnable under any circumstances, except
if they are defective (and not replaceable or repairable)
or wrongly shipped.
