10 inch vinyl, fully articulated, Periwinkle has blue eyes and a dazzling hairdo of icy white spikes and bangs. Her icy blue ensemble pairs a felt bodice, top-stitched with matching, slim pants that are also top-stitched, on the sides. White feathers cascade down the back of the bodice where the back lacing and wings meet. Those wings of white shimmer organza and swirls of silver glitter add a an ice-citing accent to Perwinkle's appeal.
