She has lavender-brown eyes, a long dark brown mohair wig and a vinyl head with a hard plastic body. Hearkening back to the 1800s in American, Riley Little Belle wears an exquisitely tailored gown of yellow, white and black. A saucy white and black platter hat keeps sun off her face and reflected in her dress of brilliant yellow cotton with accents of black embroidery.Riley's underskirt is black and white striped cotton.
