Kindles™
are small
cherubic-faced, poseable resin dolls reflecting seasonal or
occupational themes. They have been described as sprites,
with a magical sparkle that reflects the spirit of the child.
While there are now Kindles for other seasonal holidays, such
as St. Patrick's Day and Halloween, they were originally focussed
on Christmas, and the Kindles are said to be the "guardians
of the Christmas spirit."
