ABT's Nikiya from La Bayadere 64335 Description
This season the American Ballet Theatre (ABT) presents Nikiya From La Bayadere (meaning The Temple Dancer or The Temple Maiden). Our temple dancer, a 10” fully articulated Cissette, with brown eyes and center-parted blonde hair pulled back into a curly bun, shimmers in a white satin and glimmer tulle tutu. Crystal and metallic beading scattered over the white satin bodice, sleeves and tulle skirt, add even more of a sparkle to Nikiya From La Bayadere. So do her white and gold beaded headdress and clear crystal earrings. Lacing in the back of her bodice that’s finished with a white satin bow, white glissenette tights and off-white satin, lace-up ballet slippers are the finishing touches for this lovely dancer.
