Under license from Girl Scouts of the USA, she is wearing the Junior Girl Scout uniform, including the traditional blue-green Junior sash and matching skirt with a white shirt. On her sash are her patches--the American flag, Girl Scouts membership pin, her troop numbers and Journey Awards.
